AEROSMITH: ROCK & ROLL BAND

The bad boys of rock and roll ‘Aerosmith’, released their first studio album in 10 years. MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION, out November 6th 2012. After 41+ years together, America’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band, still sound as good as ever.

Steven Tyler, dubbed the ‘The Demon of Screamin’ can still do his thing and does it well at the age of 64.  Collectively the band is 308 years old, (Includes: Steven Tyler, 1970-present, Tom Hamilton 1970 to present, Joey Kramer 1970 to present, Joe Perry 1970-79 - 1984 to present, Brad Whitford 1971-81 - 1984 to present) only to be compared the Rolling Stones collective years of 273, (Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, & Ronnie Wood). What an inspiration to be able to do what they love as they rock and roll into their golden years,  ‘rockin’ the night away. All you baby boomers get off your ass,  Aerosmith is knockin' at the pearly gates, and they will be screamin' all the way!

The consensus on the album seems to be: MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION offers nothing new, but who wants something new when they still have what made them a household name back in the day. They are still as relevant today as they were in the 1970’s. 80’s, 90’ and today.  They are sure to gather a whole new generation of rockers with their new/old music. The discography on the group alone is pages long, not including their individual careers, proving again and again they are here for the long haul.

Aerosmith is a multi-talented group of musicians,  who bring their ‘A’ game to each and every performance.  They are near mechanical in their delivery, even though it may seem chaotic, and wild, these guys can perform at a drop of a pin, and deliver
Tracks like “Out Go the Lights”,  “Beautiful”, “Legendry Child”, “Lover  Alot”, and “Can’t Stop Lovin You”, feat. Carrie Underwood, and make it sound like something new. One can never get tired of Steven Tyler & Aerosmith and their rendition of  'Dream On' 1973, 'Walk This Way' 1975 and 'Cryin' 1993.

This album is a definite download, if not the whole album, at least half of the 15 track album are worth your time, you just gotta love Areosmith!
